Motorcycle Outreach USA
In April 2002 Simon Milward founded Motorcycle Outreach Inc. in Ohio, USA. It was founded to provide tax deductible benefits for Health For All donors and to serve the healthcare delivery needs of other areas outside Indonesia around the world.
Of the funds that Milward raised by the time he founded MoR USA, the majority, ($80,000 of $108,000 total), was raised in the USA. MoR USA plays a valuable role in awareness and fundraising capacity, given the wide support that Simon received while in the country.

Because of this and the clear need to coordinate international fund raising efforts with the founding of Motorcycle Outreach in the UK, Simon's brother, Mark Milward joined the Board of MoR USA, by invitation soon after Simon passed away in March 2005. Mark is also a Trustee of Motorcycle Outreach in the UK.
Motorcycle Outreach USA is currently managed together with Motorcycle Outreach in the UK.
